Ocean's was written in one evening. I remember sitting next to my wife who was working on a short video presentation. She was listening to an Ocean's cover while working her presentation and said "I wish I could get something like this song to be playing with this video." I had never attempted to write something of that nature for video before and was inspired to try. I told her "let me see what I can do".

I remember figuring out the melody and chord progression of Ocean's on the piano, while thinking to myself, "lets keep this one simple". I figured out the entire of song within a few minutes. I immediately recorded it, and began to play around with production elements to make the song standout.

I was amazed how fast I could hear elements to add and find the exact sounds I was looking for. This entire song was complete within a few hours - all in one evening...back in June 2024.

I was so proud of this song that I wanted to share it with everyone - everywhere. Mixing and Mastering are an Achilles Heal and very difficult to understand if there has been no training. I've been working on mixing and mastering of many songs of mine for years. Continually trying to mix and master them so they sound great across all sound systems. I believe I tweaked this song enough to a point where I was confident the song would sound great to everyone, everywhere, using any device.

I finally took a leap of faith with this one and released it to the world, hoping this song resonates with all who hear it. I'm proud of the product made and it all came from my one-stop-shop studio. This entire song from start to finish, was all inspired. I learned a lot, took a leap of faith, jumped from my cliff, and have been soaring ever since.
